Who do I contact if I have questions regarding my account?
Please contact AGCO's Customer Service Department at 1-800-355-8759 if you have any questions. They can assist you with questions regarding your account including statement concerns, change of address, etc. Hours of operation are from 7:30AM-6:30PM CST (8:30AM-7:30PM EST) Monday through Friday.
 
What if I need to increase my credit line?
If you need to increase your credit line, contact Christine or Josie in our Accounts team or the AGCO+ Customer Service Department at 1-800-355-8759 or email AGCO+ at AGCOplus@agcofinance.com.  Our accounts team or the AGCO+ team will be happy to assist with this process. Additional information may be required in order to proceed with a limit increase request.
 
Can I send my payment to my local AGCO dealer?

Yes. Please contact AGCO+ on 1-800-355-8759 or AGCOplus@agcofinance.com for more information. The E-statement form is also located in your Welcome Packet.
 
Am I required to carry a plastic card in order to do business?
No, our account team can look up your account number, based on your company and/or first/last name. Identity verification may be required.
